Hey there, Friend!

Over the past few weeks, we’ve been building awareness—first noticing the voice in our heads, then understanding how it affects our bodies, and finally recognizing where it came from.

This week is where things shift.

Because seeing the pattern is one thing.

Deciding to do something about it is another.

Today, we’re talking about that moment—the one where awareness turns into action, and where small interruptions start to change the direction of everything.

Let’s step into that together.

Better results don't always require more supplements.

Most supplement routines are built on guesswork.

SuppCo fixes that. They help you audit product quality, optimize your budget, and track the exact nutrient density of your stack. You take the right dosages from trusted sources. Nothing more, nothing less.

Plus, their core features are free. Not a trial. Just free.

Download the SuppCo app to see what you're actually taking. Then start building a routine that makes sense for your body and your budget.

Your workouts aren't random. Your supplements shouldn't be either.

Coffee Thoughts: Waiting to Feel Ready

I don’t know who needs to hear this this morning… but waiting to feel ready is a trap.

I’ve been sitting here with my coffee, thinking about everything we’ve talked about this month—the voice, the way our bodies react to it, the realization that it’s not actually trying to be cruel… it’s trying to protect us.

And I caught myself doing something I’ve done more times than I care to admit.

Thinking about change… instead of actually changing.

You ever do that?

You see the pattern.
You understand it.
You can even explain it to someone else.

But when it comes time to actually do something different?

You hesitate.

Because you don’t feel ready.
Because you’re tired.
Because you don’t trust yourself yet.
Because it feels easier to deal with it “later.”

I’ve lived in that space longer than I care to admit.

Understanding everything.
Changing nothing.

And if I’m being really honest with you, some of the biggest shifts in my life didn’t come from feeling ready.

They came from being done.

Done staying stuck.
Done listening to the same voice.
Done watching the same patterns repeat.

That’s when things changed.

Not when I felt confident.

When I decided.

Nothing Changes Until You Decide It Does

We’ve spent the last few weeks building awareness.

You’ve noticed the voice.
You’ve felt how your body reacts to it.
You’ve started to understand where it came from.

That matters.

But awareness alone doesn’t change your life.

It just makes you aware of what’s not working.

And if you stay there—just observing, just understanding—you end up in a frustrating place:

You know better…
But nothing is different.

Because awareness doesn’t interrupt patterns.

Decisions do.

Here’s the truth most people avoid:

You don’t wait until you feel ready.
You decide—and readiness catches up.

Change doesn’t start with confidence.
It starts with interruption.

That moment when the voice says something familiar…
And instead of agreeing with it, you pause.

That pause is where everything shifts.

Not because it’s dramatic.

Because it’s different.

And different, repeated enough times, becomes new.

Take a Moment for Self-Reflection

Think about the last time your inner critic showed up.

Then ask yourself:

• Did I notice it… or automatically believe it?
• Did I pause… or let it run?
• Am I waiting to feel ready before I change this pattern?
• What would it look like to interrupt it—even once—this week?

You don’t need a full transformation.

You need one interruption.

Personal Reflection: The Moment I Stopped Waiting

For a long time, I thought I needed to feel different before I acted different.

More confident.
More secure.
More “ready.”

That never came.

What did come was exhaustion.

Exhaustion from hearing the same thoughts.
Exhaustion from reacting the same way.
Exhaustion from knowing better and still staying stuck.

At some point, I realized something simple—but uncomfortable:

Nothing was going to change until I did.

Not when I felt ready.
Not when life calmed down.
Not when I finally believed I was worthy.

When I decided.

And that decision didn’t look dramatic.

It looked like catching a thought and not agreeing with it.
It looked like pausing instead of spiraling.
It looked like choosing something different—imperfectly.

Over and over again.

That’s when things started to shift.

Not because I was perfect.

Because I was consistent.

Take the Next Step

Awareness showed you the pattern.

Understanding showed you where it came from.

But interruption?

That’s what changes it.

And interruption is not something you “figure out” in the moment when you’re overwhelmed, tired, or triggered.

It requires structure.

Something you can return to.
Something repeatable.
Something simple enough to use in real life.

That’s exactly why I created the Healing Your Inner Voice Self-Love Kit.

Inside, I walk you through the process of catching the voice, understanding what it’s trying to do, and interrupting it in a way your nervous system can actually respond to.

Not perfectly.

But consistently.

If you’re ready to stop observing the pattern and start interrupting it in real time…

Wrapping Up with Inspiration

“We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.”
Will Durant

Change isn’t built in one big moment.

It’s built in the small decisions you repeat—especially when it would be easier not to.

Before I go…

This isn’t the end of the conversation.

It’s the moment where things start to shift.

You don’t need to get it perfect this week.
You don’t need to catch every thought.
You don’t need to overhaul everything at once.

Just start noticing… and interrupting when you can.

Next week, we’re going to bring all of this together so it feels less like effort—and more like something you can actually live with.

One moment at a time is enough.

Never Forget...

  • You Are Beautiful!

  • You Are Amazing!

  • You Are Worthy!

  • And I Believe in YOU!

Much Love,
Lady Misty Gebhart
