Hey there, Friend!
We’ve spent this past month getting honest about something most people never stop to question—the voice in our heads.
We noticed it.
We felt how it affects our bodies.
We started to understand where it came from.
And we practiced interrupting it.
This week isn’t about learning something new.
It’s about recognizing what’s already shifting.
Because even the smallest moment of awareness, the quickest pause, the tiniest interruption… that’s where change begins to take root.
Before we step into a new month, let’s take a moment to look at what’s already changing—and how you can keep building on it.
Coffee Thoughts: Coming Back Anyway
This month has felt… different.
Not in a loud, dramatic way. Not in a “my whole life changed overnight” kind of way.
More like a quiet shift.
The kind you almost miss if you’re not paying attention.
I’ve been sitting here with my coffee this morning thinking back over the past few weeks—everything we’ve talked about, everything I’ve been noticing in myself, and the small moments that don’t look like much on the outside but feel significant on the inside.
And if I’m being honest?
I didn’t get it right every day.
There were still moments where the voice in my head ran wild.
Moments where I believed it without question.
Moments where I slipped right back into old patterns without even realizing it.
But there were also moments where I caught it.
Moments where I paused.
Moments where I didn’t automatically agree.
Moments where I chose something different—even if it was small.
And I think that’s what this work actually looks like.
Not perfection.
Practice.
Because the truth is, you’re not trying to become someone new.
You’re practicing becoming someone kinder to yourself.
And that practice?
It’s messy.
It’s inconsistent.
It’s very, very human.
But it counts.
Every single time you come back—it counts.
The Daily Work of a Different Inner Voice
At the beginning of this month, we talked about awareness.
Hearing the voice.
Noticing the narrator.
Then we moved into understanding.
How your body reacts.
Why that voice feels so powerful.
Then we looked at protection.
Where it came from.
Why it formed.
How it tried to keep you safe.
And last week, we talked about decision.
The moment where you stop observing… and start interrupting.
This week?
We bring it all together.
Because none of this work is meant to live in theory.
It’s meant to become part of how you move through your day.
And that doesn’t happen all at once.
It happens through repetition.
You catch the thought.
You pause.
You question it.
You choose something different.
Not every time.
But enough times.
That’s how identity shifts.
Not because you declared it.
Because you practiced it.
Take a Moment for Self-Reflection
Let’s look back for a second.
• Did you notice your inner voice more this month?
• Were there moments where you caught it instead of believing it?
• Did you interrupt it—even once?
• What feels different now, even if it’s small?
Don’t rush past this.
Progress doesn’t always shout.
Sometimes it whispers.
Personal Reflection: It Counts Every Time You Come Back
One of the biggest lies I used to believe was that if I didn’t do something perfectly, it didn’t count.
If I slipped back into old thinking…
If I had a bad day…
If I didn’t catch the voice right away…
Then I must be failing.
But that’s not how this works.
What I’ve learned—what I’m still learning—is that the power isn’t in never falling back into old patterns.
It’s in coming back.
Coming back to awareness.
Coming back to the pause.
Coming back to the truth.
Even if it takes you hours to notice.
Even if it takes you a full day.
Even if you realize it after the moment has already passed.
Coming back still counts.
Because every time you come back, you weaken the old pattern and strengthen the new one.
That’s the real shift.
Not perfection.
Return.
Take the Next Step
You’ve seen the pattern.
You’ve felt the impact.
You’ve started to understand where it came from.
And maybe—even in a small way—you’ve begun interrupting it.
That matters.
But if you’ve also noticed how easy it is to slip back into old thinking when you’re tired, overwhelmed, or triggered…
You’re not alone.
That’s exactly why this work needs structure.
Something you can return to when your brain is loud.
Something you don’t have to “figure out” in the moment.
That’s what the Healing Your Inner Voice Self-Love Kit is designed for.
It gives you a simple, repeatable way to catch the voice, understand it, and respond differently—without needing perfect timing or perfect energy.
If you’re ready to keep practicing this in a way that actually sticks…
Wrapping Up with Inspiration
“You are not required to set yourself on fire to keep others warm.”
— Unknown
You are allowed to speak to yourself with the same kindness you offer everyone else.
That shift changes more than you think.
Before I go…
If you forget everything else from this month, remember this:
You don’t have to get it right every time.
You just have to come back.
Come back to noticing.
Come back to interrupting.
Come back to yourself.
We’re going to take everything you’ve practiced here and build on it next month in a new way.
But for now?
This is enough.
Never Forget...
You Are Beautiful!
You Are Amazing!
You Are Worthy!
And I Believe in YOU!
Much Love,
Lady Misty Gebhart
